About the Role
Responsible for on-site supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of residential & commercial rooftop systems. The ideal candidate enjoys field work and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute solar PV installations as per approved drawings
- Supervise technicians & sub-contractors
- Coordinate with Design and Procurement teams
- Perform quality checks & safety audits
- Maintain daily reports and client communication
- Assist in net-metering process and handover documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering (1–5 yrs experience)
- Knowledge of DC wiring, earthing, and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and team management
- Willingness to travel and work on different rooftops
