Sales & Business Development Executive

About the Role

You’ll be the face of Ark Solar in your region — helping homeowners, businesses, and institutions understand the benefits of solar and closing sales leads with support from our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads from digital & field channels
  • Conduct site visits and basic load assessments
  • Present quotes and proposals to clients
  • Coordinate with Design & EPC teams for technical support
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and build regional network

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business / Engineering / Renewable Energy
  • 1–4 years experience in solar / electrical / B2B sales
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus)
  • Basic understanding of solar power systems
